We do have a neighbor across the road from us.
We are the only two families who live in this
part of the mountain. There are several families who live down
along the creek. The creek road is also a dirt road
and the ONLY road out of here.
If we get creek flooding or ice jams that take
out the dirt road, we are prepared for what ever days
we may be stranded. And we have been stranded three and four days
at a time on a few occasions
