No mountain is a mountain without a deer in it.
Deer are difficult to get close-up pictures of, because they
run as soon as they hear noise. I was standing only
a few feet from it, in front of shed
(notice handle to the side towards deer).
If I get better picture of deer I will add it to this slide show.
We hope you have enjoyed visiting with some of our wildlife.
We have other critters like chameleons, chipmunks, bats,
and snakes. Fox, and coyote, though I have only
ever seen one gray fox, who snatched some hoagie buns we put out
in back yard one year. The mountain is a "playground"
for wildlife and those of us who live in them.
